    PackageCart is an online platform to buy and sell and customize source code by sharing your private repositories.

  • How to avail services of PackageCart?

    User need to register with PackageCart to avail the services of PackageCart.

  • How can we sell a package or script?

    User need to share the Git private repository with PackageCart and add the package in the PackageCart market place to list the details.

  • How long does it take for getting the package or script to be approved for listing?

    We strive to approve all packages within 24 hours. However, if your packages are not listed within 24 hours please work with our support to resolve any issues .We appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact us.

  • How can we buy a package or script?

    User to select the package or script and need to check out to their private repository after completion of payments.

  • What is the transaction fee for each sale through packagecart?

    We do have fixed fee of 10% for the sales of all packages through PackageCart.

  • What is the minimum amount for payment request?

    Seller needs to aggregate a minimum of $100 for raising payment request and also would be processed monthly once.

  • Will I get support for the packages or script after purchase?

    Buyer needs to discuss with seller on the support for future releases and version.

  • Are there any other fees for using PackageCart?

    No, there are no fees for account registration and maintenance.

  • When will my payment arrive?

    Typically, all payments would be initiated by 1st of every month when the payment request is initiated and would depend on the banks to settle to bank. Please expect a delay of 3-4 days atleast.

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you know your current password, you can change it on the Menu -> Change password. If you’ve forgotten your password, look for the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page.

  • Can I have multiple accounts?

    No, each user can only have one account which is linked to their mobile number.

  • Can I get a Refund?

  • Is the product listed inclusive of taxes?

    Yes, all products listed are inclusive of all taxes and seller needs to list the product price inclusive of tax as per taxes applicable to your region.
